Popped in for a couple of drinks in the evening. Due to covid restrictions, we booked a table earlier in the day. When we arrived. We were asked to use the hand sanitizer then shown to our reserved table. Obviously we had table service (current regulations). Staff were incredibly, friendly and polite. We were given plenty of warning before the 10pm deadline. We didn't eat on this occasion, but other people's meals looked tasty. I was pleased to note they had plant based options. Would definitely recommend.

We didnt book but they found us a table..booking would be best i think..covid rules all followed..masks worn..sanitizers used..tables distanced..food was great we both had burgers which were very tasty..came with salad coleslaw and chips.a busy place but staff all happy and helpful..been before and will be back when in eastbourne next

It was a Saturday night in COVID time. We did not book but, they put us on a table where we could have an hour between bookings. Because if this we were prioritised and our meal came within fifteen minutes of ordering. The meal was good with good portions, hot and tasty. The range of drinks is very good and the table service excellent. COVID rules are well adhered to and the staff are efficient and courteous.

A really nice well run pub on Eastbourne seafront. We booked all covid19 procedures in place. We had 2 courses, pate and smoked salmon to start both very tasty and for main hubby had the ribs and I had good old Cod and chips absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend and definitely be back.

Booked a two hour slot, whilst watching football in the Sports Bar. We both had a lovely Sunday roast I had beef and my husband has lamb shank, the service was really nice and friendly.

Good welcome, friendly team & very good food. Without doubt one of the best steak & kidney pudding and burger meals in a very long time. As suites go the apple crumble is a winner, ask for custard and ice cream for best taste results.

We visited this gorgeous pub two nights on the trot. They’re very friendly plus Covid safe ! The steak pie was one of the best pies I’ve ever had ! Just beautiful with chunky chips and lots of tasty veggies. Highly recommend !!

Excellent pub, following all the Covid rules. Staff really friendly, organised and won’t take any nonsense. Really impressed.
