Great day out knocks spots off of Drusillas and not anything like as expensive!<br>Food is pretty good and not too expensive.<br>Most rides are free after entry and staff are all very friendly and helpful.<br>GREAT DAY OUT.

A nice adventure park with a variety of animals. They have two large soft play/indoor play areas but because of covid it was too busy for us to use. It was very cold the day we visited so we couldn't use the splash park but would be great to return to in the summer. They have a changing places toilet which was very clean. They have a massive dragons castle play area which the children loved but my daughter who has cerebral palsy and finds moving around difficult anyway had trouble with the ladders and narrow step ladders up to the higher parts. A more accessible route would be nice to have. I didn't feel confident trying to lift her. Such a shame as she really wanted to go on the larger slides with her brother.<br><br>We went to get coffee at the stall by the bouncy pillows, the first time round was great but we went a bit later and the coffee machine had spewed out this awful 'latte'. There was no frothy milk and a very weak coffee. When we asked if this was right, the girl just shrugged and said oh we must have run out of milk and coffee. No offers to fix it. We should have asked for it to be changed but the queue was massive behind us.

Fantastic place worth every penny i would like to inform managment how fantastic blake is the young staff member that works for you.<br>i have been twice this month and he has been fantastic with my children and made there activity even more enjoyable all the staff are friendy but blake is a credit to knockhatch.
