Fab breakfast, in particular the sausages! Room - great size as I was on my own. All staff very kind and helpful

We had a pleasant stay.
I loved that you have the beach right in front of the hotel. Shops and many restaurants are close by.
Housekeeping could have done a better job. They did not clean the coffee cups in our room. Bin bags were kinda thrown in the bins without putting them in properly.

Location was excellent, breakfast was good value, rooms was comfortable and a good size.
Staff very helpful, and when there was an issue with the tv it was sorted immediately The tv was quite small, rooms slightly dated

The room well set out,plenty of room.Breakfast plenty of choice.staff cheerful.Hotel in good location.

Great location and friendly staff. Food hot and ok
Very tired. Grubby carpets in hallways. 1 lift out of order for 2 years. Only 1 small lift (5persons) for 4 floors and basement. 159 rooms. Lots of elderly can’t do stairs
