Situated on the sea front, the Crown & Ancher is ideal for a freindly drink or meal, was next to our hotel so popped in recommend the steak really good, Chilli was good but bit dry, all the staff are lovly, sports bar is away from the main bar, has a pooll table, the house gin is very good, just nice to relaxe after a long day.

First time in Eastbourne & came across The Crown and Anchor. Great food, good selection of beers and lagers. Efficient and friendly staff. Would definitely return if visiting again.

Been here a few times now on visits to Eastbourne. Always a warm friendly welcome with attentive staff. The food has always been good with large portions and reasonable prices. Rib eye steak tonight was very good! Highly recommend it 👍🏼😊

Had an evening meal here while staying for a couple of nights in a nearby hotel. The food was very good and the service was fast and friendly. Lovely location close to the seafront.

A very family and dog friendly pub with a varied menu. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing with vino and the vegetarian sharing platter. Attentive staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Definitely worth a visit.

Our parents live in eastbourne and we visit 3/4 times a year and we always visit the crown and anchor , great location just off the front , nice selection of beers and staff are so friendly and welcoming , I can’t recommend this pub enough , please visit if your in eastbourne

The pub is a short walk from the pier.
The food is excellent and a lot cheaper than expected.
Staff really friendly. Olly, Roz and Sam. Lovely people.
