We are delighted to hear that Phil has started his own business. We were lucky enough to have Phil’s help in selling our property at the tail end of last year. He was very responsive whenever we had any questions and we were very grateful to tap into his knowledge and expertise whilst undertaking renovations and how best to present the house to sell it. We wouldn’t be living our dream life in our new home without his help, especially when we had some last minute hitches on the sale, which Phil doggedly kept on the case and sorted out for us.
