We needed a new front door as the pvc one in our house was old and failing, as well as letting in the cold.
I got quite a lot of quotes from various companies, with various different prices. Swain brothers wasn't the cheapest but they were certainly not the most expensive.
There were a few reasons I choose to go with them -
They were extremely helpful over email Tim and Kaiya replied to all my emails quickly and never seemed put out but my questions.
Andy came to do a final measure up and gave me a quick run down on what the process was, what I was going to be getting, compared to my curr

I've recently discovered Little Chelsea Health Store and it's just wonderful. The owner Melanie is so friendly and knowledgeable. I love their organic fruit and vegetables (all sold without packaging) and locally baked gluten-free bread, which contains only whole foods and actually tastes good, unlike many supermarket versions. Most of all it's the people who make this lovely store. It's great to have it locally and I hope it's as successful as it deserves to be!
