A wonderful and very friendly gym for everyone -- they have machines, bikes, bodyweight and stretching equipment, and many other things that help with weight loss, flexibility and toning; they also have solid Olympic barbells, quite a few squat racks, platforms, and rows of dumbbells for weightlifting -- not to mention the really professional and effective (and also very low-priced) personal training from the best coaches in the country -- all this in one gym! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and prices are quite reasonable. This looks like the nicest and the best equipped gym in Eastbourne so far, at least as far as my experience goes...

Steve and Donna have made our offices look very professional with the signage on both the front and back doors, our meeting room, the 3d signage on the wall and the rather large doormats at either end of the office, we were so impressed by the work that they did that we asked them to come back and do the signage on our new work vans. From the first time that they came over to meet us and quote to the time they left, their meticulous attention to detail was evident and we are very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone looking us them.

Iv been using Design Lab for all my business for the last few years now and honestly I would not go anywhere else, they have sign written my van for me and done all my uniform, due to my kind of work being messy I need new uniform every 6-12 months and always go back to them for my orders, the process has always been effortless and easy and they offer great customer service at the best quality I have found anywhere, 10/10 and I highly recommend them
