Just back from a fantastic holiday in Egypt and wanted to say thank you to Tracy for all her help. From helping me choose the right holiday to keeping me updated throughout, everything was handled so smoothly. The travel wallet, printed boarding passes, and checking in to make sure everything was in place made a real difference. The whole process felt easy and well looked after from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to booking my next holiday.

Coffee is good but the food is basic and shamefully overpriced for small portion sizes. Paid £5.50 for a beetroot and goats cheese parcel today which was laughably poor. Slightly disappointing as any train station coffee shop has a bit of a captive audience and could do better than this.
