Arrived 19.12.25 for 2 night's stay, arrived around 6pm, main door was locked and buzz the bell a few times and no answer, another person outside she had to call someone inside to open the door went to our room 313 wasn't up to standard, shower taking long to drain mattress bigger then bed base, ended up falling out of the bed, following morning went down for breakfast and spoke with abbie at reception who was very understanding and professional, and also changed my room to 307 which was upgraded and will be diffently returning due to Abbie professional service in dealing with my issue, well done to the morning team.

Old fashioned and tired decor but the service was lovely and our room facing the sea we enjoyed. We went half board and the food exceeded our expectations even though it was a near empty dining room on our 2 night visit before Xmas.

A lovely theatre, ornate mouldings and comfy seats.
All seats have a good view of the stage.
The bar is to the side of the main seating area. Quite quaint and a nice venue to visit. Very friendly and helpful staff/volunteers.

Arrived promptly with a smile, covered everything for protection. Was very careful with my furniture etc. Her workmanship along with her assistant was perfect. I could find no fault whatsoever.

Amazing selection of jewellery and great service! We walked in, unaware it was almost closing time, yet we were kindly greeted and helped by Lynne. She sat us down, listened to us and found engagement rings we liked and taught us about diamonds and designs, even wrote it out on a card! We are a younger couple, yet we were treated with great respect, care and a very welcoming approach by all. Amazing experience, extremely helpful. Would highly recommend visiting. Thank you.

I have hit a number of ‘brick walls’ with a number of sites requiring totally unnecessary information of no relevance, not only to my event but to Eastbourne general! Was rather frustrated!
However, I have today joined this extremely competent, friendly and professional group. The event is now published and I look forward to working with the group again.
I can thoroughly recommend this site and the assistance given where required.
