The staff are all so lovely and welcoming and were especially accommodating to our two children.<br><br>A special thank you to the lovely George who was so patient with us. Her expertise and advice helped us find the perfect bands and we decided to have them engraved to make them personal to us. Wow! This place is amazing. Cannot rave enough about how welcoming and helpful all the staff are. I bought a lovely pair of earrings which they helped me choose from their catalogue as there was nothing in the shop that suited what I wanted. They even altered the post to fit my ear hole! No hard sell, no pressure just a lovely experience.<br><br>Outstanding quality, outstanding service and how lovely to have this independent jewellers on our doorstep that we can support.
