It was clean but once again there was no hand towel or bath mat which sometimes makes it a little hard for the elderly .

Family reunion in Eastbourne.
We liked staff who were polite, friendly and helpful. Location was great as directly opposite the pier.
Poor lighting which resulted in tripping in corridor. Lack of breakfast facilities.

Not the Ritz, but not the Shitz either. Nice room. Nice helpful staff. The shower flow and drain was a bit slow. But the rest of the room was fine.
