The hotel and the staff are amazing...very welcoming place to stay and very helpful to provide etc fan and looked after our luggage despite we check in later and check out also...amazing Team work

Great location
Location and bed was surprisingly super comfy- also had a window view to the pier.
Shower was a bit erratic with the temperatures and flow and tiny but managed to have a wash

The property was in an ideal location with a lovely sea view.

Great value for money, always my go to in Eastbourne!
The location is perfect! Great value for money, very friendly staff and comfortable beds.
There is only Wi-Fi in common areas. Would be nice to have it in rooms.

It was a very good place to stay just off sea front and pier which made it a bit more peaceful also easy walking distance to town.
No WiFi in rooms but down at lounge able to access.

It is in excellent location. 2 mins from the pier and seafront by walking.
Room and shower as required. Good budget place to stay for a few days.
Nice lounge area. Parking only £2.40 a day.
Will stay again. Wifi in lounge area. Works well.
