Weekend in Eastbourne
The staff were all very polite and helpful. A good location for the pier and seafront.
Unfortunately there was scaffolding from our bedroom window which was no fault of the hotel .

Wow!!! What an amazing hotel, across the road from the beach, friendly staff, clean hotel and room. Friendly faces and just an amazing experience. I’ve already booked to return!

Lovely as always - great hotel
Great location , nice staff, good value
Just a minor niggle that I wasn’t able to have the specific room I had requested in advance however I appreciate they were very busy and we were only staying one night. We were accommodated in another balcony room but I missed having a bath!

Cheap but could be better
Stopped for one night after I'd finished walking the South Downs Way and was glad of a comfy bed. Nice view from my window of the sea front and not very noisy
The bathroom smelled of urine and had not been cleaned properly. The whole property was outdated and scruffy in places

Excellent value for money very friendly staff great room, maybe when we visit next bring a fan.
Great stay, room was spacious just really hot at night making it difficult to sleep and leaving the windows open we nearly had seagulls fly in the window on several occasions.
How hot the room was. It was stuffy and hard to sleep.

No frills, old hotel in need of a polish, but a pleasant stay for the money
The staff was very friendly. The location was good. Comfortable bed. Hot shower with good water pressure.
The wifi did not reach to my room. The hotel and room could use some tlc and an update.
