I booked the Langham Hotel as the venue for my father's 100th birthday. The venue was perfect for party - extremely well presented with a very flexible set up. The service provided by Butch and Marina was very efficient and unobtrusive throughout. They were also happy to accommodate small changes to plans during the party.
We also had some guests at the party who stayed at the hotel over the weekend and they were very happy with their stay.
The main reason I chose the Langham over other options was the overall attitude and attention to customer service exhibited by every member of the staff that I met. Even the owner introduced himself on the day. It is clearly a very proud and happy team.
The General Manager, Simon Brown, took personal responsibility helping me organise the event from the other side of the world (I live in Australia). His attention to detail and caring attitude was exemplary.
I absolutely recommend the Langham for similar events and accommodation.

The Langham hotel has super winter deals and I always take advantage of them. The rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. Wonderful place.

Down for a long weekend, and always find this hotel to be exceptional. Just want to comment on 1 thing which could be a serious issue, had an amazing meal couldn’t fault it at all, the dessert came which was a cheese cake with a crumb etc…I specified at the beginning of the meal that I cannot have almonds…. there was no sign in the description that the cheesecake contained Almonds at all… thankfully I had the presence of mind to ask before tucking in……. Yes there were almonds in the crumb 🤷🏽♀️😢Please please please update the menu and make it known that this vegan option contains almonds …. I’m hoping that the manager will at least seek me out and offer an apology as this could have been a very serious issue. I have to say that the server was extremely kind and she wasn’t aware that I had told a previous server that I cannot have almonds

We only popped in for a couple of drinks, we didn't stay there but it was a very pleasant bar area. We found a little nook off the main bar area looking over the sea and spent a lovely couple of hours enjoying the view. Drinks were very reasonably priced too.

Just finished a three night stay at the Langham hotel, we were part of a coach trip.
The service has been exceptional.
The hotel is beautiful, and in a perfect location.

Just visited for some lunch.
Lovely location and inside decor, food was ok .
Tables were too small to fit food and drinks on, we placed some items on the floor that we hadn't finished with but needed the room, a young waitress came over and went to take the items, we said "sorry but we've not finished with them, we just needed some room" She placed the items back down, never said a word, tutted, huffed and strolled off ...... rude!

Lovely hotel have only been there for a function and for morning coffee so I can't comment on the rooms. However judging by the communal parts of the hotel i'm sure the rooms are excellent.
