When our Bosch Serie 4 failed after just eight months I quickly contacted DB Domestics who arranged an appointment with the Bosch engineer. However following his visit he said a replacement part would be required from Germany which may take a while. I then contacted DB Domestics to see if they would organise a like for like replacement following the engineers report and agreed "uplift" from Bosch. This was quickly done and DB offered me an upgrade and next day delivery and installation. Many thanks to DB Domestics for friendly and excellent service.

We took our Dyson V11 into D B Domestic Appliances in Eastbourne as the trigger was not functioning properly. We were greeted promptly and as soon as we explained the issue we were advised what was required to make the repair along with the cost and timescales for the job.
When we explained we were not local, we were very pleased to learn that if we could leave it for a couple of hours they would do it there and then. We were contacted as soon as it was ready (under 2 hours later) so we were very happy with the level and quality of service along with a fair price.
Highly recommended.
