Thought we'd booked a superior sea view room as per your photo but we had the back view with wrought iron stairs to look at. The room was ok and huge bed but asked to move as wanted sea view, which they kindly did. Staff very good. Bar prices very good. Hotel great location. 2 bars. There was a singer too.

Unfortunately tainted as the room we stayed in smelt of cigarettes and don’t blame the smoker for opening up the window and having a cheeky smoke as we we were soooo far away from reception we had to take Kendal mint cake for the hike and phone had no signal or idea called an uber lol
This was valentines night and a treat for my partner which turned out to be the beginning of the end of 4 year relationship ! March now and single ! My own fault but partly blame the lazy smoker ( don’t really )
Other than the points I’ve mentioned HANDS DOWN best hotel in Eastbourne ! I just won’t be needing. It again :(

We had a wonderful two night stay in a room over looking the sea. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and warm.
Without exception, all of the staff we met were friendly, polite, engaging and helpful.
Dogs are welcome and on site parking was easy and affordable though spaces are limited, first come, first served.
We shall be back. Thank you, all.
