I simply required a bed and a shower to stay in overnight. This was the cheapest room on offer at £24 and to be fair, it delivered.
The Burlington I imagine was beautiful in its day, but is now looking very tired in need of some TLC.
Located opposite The Pier gave a lovely setting.
The room was clean and tidy. Fresh towels laid out and tea and coffee was provided. The Staff were friendly and the room was warm.
A bargain overall. Would definitely stay again for that price.

Great hotel, room was a very good size and very comfortable amenities were also great with tea and coffee facilities including a coffee machine

It does have parking at the rear of the property that was £6 overnight until 3pm the next day. We went to the Congress Theatre which was a short 13 minute walk.

As usual the room was very nice but a couple of minor issues/suggestions.
Instructions for the coffee machine would be good.

nice view, noisy room as the walls appear to be thin. I could hear the people above me galavanting about. Still, the staff were courteous and efficient. Bed rather short for a 6 foot person.
