Good friendly service if a little slow at dinner times. Clean comfortable rooms but some areas could do with a lick of paint. Entertainment impossible to see from some areas but this could be improved with a large TV and a camera on the act

I like the old hotels we stay at when we travel with Shearings the rooms are lovely, lounge bars and dining rooms are nice but the corridors could do with a bit of an upgrade. I know we only have to walk through the corridors to get to the cosy rooms but its 1st impressions. The staff at the hotels so far have all been lovely. Our waiter at the Burlington was lovely, thanks to him our mealtimes were nice and relaxed.

Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble, rooms clean and all despite recent fire next door. Porter staff, Callum treated luggage with respect and Mark/evening entertainment very good. Coach driver very knowledgeable making holiday even more enjoyable. All this after adjacent fire and it being their first week open. My cousin and I have thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay through Shearings

Came here via Shearings and the place is good for 3 stars food is good and the staff are all very good. The hotel itself is a bit dated even though many rooms have been refurbished. We were on the 4th floor and the water pressure is pretty non existent with poor water hardly wetting you in the shower. But all in all a very nice weeks stay.

We have been using David for over 6 years now, helping with our marketing and getting noticed in Eastbourne. Since then he's given countless amounts of advice and help with various social media platforms that I wasn't confident on, encouraging blog posts, SEO and the most impact is reviews, since working with David our team has managed to be review-focused going from a couple of reviews when the business was started to now getting regular reviews. Needless to say, this has had a huge impact on our business getting more business. From going to his master classes learning about SEO, how to write posts, what to write in a blog etc he has helped me gain 1st page Google spots for various services we supply all organically, most recently with EV, this was massive for me so thank you. Lastly during COVID lockdown when no one knew what was happening or if your business was going to survive he was there promoting, liking, commenting and sharing business posts left, right and centre. Highly recommend and we will continue to use.

Stayed 1 night for £195 which I thought was totally over priced and was very disappointed with what we were given. Room decor dated from the 80's with no ventilation in bedroom unable to open a window they were painted shut. Really noisy room, so had a terrible nights sleep. Tv was hanging off the wall. Really bad stay, complained to management and they weren't interested. Expected better!

I left London to get away from the heat with my 2 dogs, well the first room was shocking that they gave me considering the money I paid...The two double doors couldn't open so me & my dogs were suffering with the heat no air conditioning...The room was horrible they didn't even put a quilt cover on the quilt and there was a stain on the quilt.
Wall paper peeling cracks in places bathroom rust stains room was really horrible to the point I ended up crying wanting to leave over it same evening.
The lady behind the counter was lovely she gave me a new room very big and to be honest if it wasn't for no air com I would have stayed but left the next day due to knowing myself and my dogs would fry with this weather....The bar lady was really nice she gave my dogs a bowl to drink. .And the women who gave me a bigger room was lovely so if it wasn't for this heat wave I would have stayed and my review would be better. But that first room was a disgrace and until you do it up shut it off and get air conditioning a must.
