Excellent service, all I needed
I had unexpected sea view room, clean and comfortable. Excellent. Wonderful view of sun rise, starling murmuration.

Perfect short stay in Eastbourne with a view of the seafront
The room was really great - I had a single room and it had a view of the beach front. Both bedroom and bathroom were very clean, and the staff at the Burlington were SO lovely. It was well worth the price I paid and I'd definitely come back here.
The only thing I could suggest was that the pressure in the shower wasn't great

A lovely stay at the Burlington
I found it to be a very friendly comfortable hotel. Staff very attentive. Perfect location
There were certain areas that were not very clean. Around the shower cubicle. And my room wasnt cleaned in 5 days. And no fresh towels either. Unless you stood at reception and waited to be seen.

Short stay
The closeness yo our next destination and price of the stay. Parking was close by
The seating in dining room were to hard. Breakfast a bit dry. Water from earn needed descaling bits in water. Walls had something down them carnt describe.

The price was good for the location of the hotel.
Car park not free as requested in my search, this was a unexpected outlay. Unfortunately the hotel had a number of drunk people and the town was very undesirable.
