We had a nice time, loved all the xmassy feel.
Love location, it was very clean. Quite dated, but we enjoyed our stay.

Fab location
Staff were brilliant
The bed- to be honest I slept A LOT. My apologies to the cleaning staff!

I would stay again when I am in Eastbourne
Where the hotel was situated. We only stayed one night as were going to an event but have no complaints except for…..
The state of the windows in the rooms we had were the worst I hack ever seen. The glass was filthy but I assume that was because the windows couldn’t be opened due to the frames that had rotted. I would not be surprised if the glass didn’t fall out and kill someone as we were four floors up. This does need to be rectified but otherwise I have no complaints about the room or staff
