Just finished a three night stay at the Langham hotel, we were part of a coach trip.
The service has been exceptional.
The hotel is beautiful, and in a perfect location.
I could not sing the staffs praises enough.

Just visited for some lunch.
Lovely location and inside decor, food was ok .
Tables were too small to fit food and drinks on, we placed some items on the floor that we hadn't finished with but needed the room, a young waitress came over and went to take the items, we said "sorry but we've not finished with them, we just needed some room" She placed the items back down, never said a word, tutted, huffed and strolled off ...... rude!

Lovely hotel have only been there for a function and for morning coffee so I can't comment on the rooms. However judging by the communal parts of the hotel i'm sure the rooms are excellent.

We enjoyed a lovely family party in the restaurant alcove last Sunday for an 80th birthday. The Grand tea was fabulous, exceptional food and the staff were efficient, very kind and not intrusive.Would recommend this hotel for a family function

My in-laws have just come back from a holiday here… from what I can gather they had a nice time.. BUT…they had money stolen from their room whilst they were at breakfast… initially the hotel management were skeptical and my in-laws felt like they were treated as though they were criminals. This put a serious dampener on their holiday.
At the end of their stay they were given what had been stolen back by management.
This was framed by management as doing them a “favour” despite my in-laws not being believed during the entire sorry process.
In short… nice hotel… nice food…but don’t leave anything valuable in your room

Excellent service would recommend it still strange ordering the room on line cheaper than in person the way of the world I assume.

Staff & the hotel are wonderful plus Mr Kiby & Wendy are so good . They make you feel right at home. For Me & My wife it is home from home we love it and can't wait to get back every time.
