Good location and accommodation was fine
The spacious room we had having asked for a room change and the full English breakfast and location.
There were roadworks outside the hotel which made it harder to cross the road and would be ideal if the hotel had thought about making it easier for guests to cross the road to get to the other side. The decor is a little dated with run down carpets and quite a warm corridor both near the entrance and upper floors so fresh air is preferred.

Could have been cleaner but very comfortable stay. No mushrooms at breakfast .

Brilliant sea view!
The view was amazing! We had a good view of the sea and pier.
So close to the high street with many good places to eat.
The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious.
It's my second stay at the Burlington and would definitely stay again! Unfortunately, the radiator in the bathroom could not be turned off as it's got stuck over the years. I must mention it was also very hot weather as well at that time.
But the staff did help by opening the window as much as possible. There was a fan in the room, so this helped.
The staff were all lovely, which to us is very important. They are all friendly and helpful!

Wonderful hotel, staff lovely
Room was great, disabled room perfect. Breakfast lovely great variety, the thing that makes this hotel is the staff they are all so wonderful and helpful, kind and caring. Being disabled was able to park for free in their car park. Entertainment on Saturday night was fun.

Perfect location and good value.
Didn't eat in the hotel. Location is excellent. Our room was a good size.
In our room (443) the bathroom door wouldn't shut properly and the cold water tap for the bath/shower didn't work so shower was very hot.

As a terminally ill 87 year old I found the walk to the lift very tiring .I suggest you request a room near to lift when you book
