Could be a lot better with low cost

Lack of shelves and hooks to hang toilet bags and clothing
Shower difficult to adjust no power in spray
No ramp to enable person with mobility problems ease of access into hotel
Sash windows in bedroom rattled at night with wind
Insufficient electric soskets to allow for charging of mobile phones etc.

Pleasant
Staff, as usual, were pleasant and friendly.
I requested a walk-in shower as I am disabled, and cannot get into a bath. The hotel changed the room for us, but it took a long time (hotel was very full) and dominated much of our day which was our special wedding anniversary.

5 wonderful days
Firstly the location was perfect.. Right on the sea front with a view of the pier and so close to the town. It was a very nice breakfast. Staff were all friendly and helpful .And the entertainment was brilliant.
I will certainly come back.
See you again next year.

The stay was above expectations for what we paid.
Breakfast was very good. Mushrooms would have made it better.
Location was excellent. Close to pier, bus stops and town. The rubbish outside the dining room windows needs sweeping up.

Great place to stay
Breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. I injured my ankle badly while out walking along the coastal route and they did everything they could to help and make things more comfortable for me.

Value for money, but it's budget
Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly, bar prices were very goo
The rooms were very tired looking and could do with a refurb - especially the bathroom. Shower was pathetic
