Our stay in general was good, the staff we encountered were excellent. Feel that a bit of a tidy up to the outside front
The property is in a convenient location for the sea front and pier.
On this occasion the TV did not work we were told due to connection issues. Did not like having to walk into the hotel with a crowd of people standing on the entrance steps and by the wall smoking who we had to negotiate through. This for us was off putting. This needs to be a no smoking area and a dedicated smoking area away from the entrance.

The room was like being in an oven overnight. Think the hotter summers are going to require some air conditioning in the future. They did bring a fan for when asked, which was appreciated

Hotel was very convenient to the shops and beach. We came for the Airshow so the hotels location was great. Room was ok but toilet was very tight with the holder very close.
