Very friendly staff. We sat inside and ordered drinks (yellow smoothie and a margarita) both drinks were delicious, freshly made.<br>We asked if the music could be turned down as I can't cope with that level of noise but staff explained the music couldn't be turned down and luckily it had stopped raining so we sat outside. Totally understand that the music brings a certain vibe to the venue but it would still bring that vibe at a level where you can hear it but also be able to talk comfortably without needing to talk over the music.<br>We ordered coronation chicken sandwich and a cheese toasties, lots of cheese! Both came with salad and were full up with the chicken and cheese. Very impressed with the food and drinks. Good prices for the portions you get.<br>Only didn't give a 5 star as if it was raining we would've had to leave as even the indoor spot that was presented to us after asking if the music could be turned down would still have been too loud and a sensory overload for me and wouldn't want to miss out on the delicious food.<br>Staff were chatty and helpful and we appreciated the effort that went in to making us both comfortable.

Fabulous find! Indoor or outdoor seating, excellent staff and the food is worth every penny! Door-stop sarnies with a lovely cuppa and all with hip swinging South America music. My 80+ yr old parents loved it!

I feel like this was a hidden gem, but now a firm favourite for us. Lovely to sit outside with a drink with music playing. The food is outrageously good, we went most recently for my husbands birthday and it didn’t disappoint. They have a sign saying they love cheese and they really do because all their cheese dishes were top tier. Plenty of food options, love the tapas menu and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend, easily one of the best places in Eastbourne.

A great hotel situated right on the beach front and in the town with secure parking for a small fee or street parking for an even smaller fee.
We had a sea view room which had a large bed and big seating area. Bathroom was very modern and clean with big towels and robes.
Breakfast was excellent with a good choice for all tastes and full table service.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great size bar for residents only with outside seating too.
One of the best hotels in our opinion.

Quaint seaside English hotel. Good service. Looking a bit tired in places. Room was very warm and window restrictors prevent adequate ventilation. However, restrictions can be easily removed without damage to allow more air. Basic fan supplied in room barely adequate. Lunchtime ploughman's was missing the potato salad and coleslaw on the plate which was part of the specified contents. A bit silly really I know but it left the meal lacking. Staff polite and friendly. On site parking very limited but secure car park a few minutes walk away.

I had a lovely visit to The Langham Hotel. Neil, the owner, was very friendly and made us feel so welcome. He must met 1,000's of people a month but was charming and attentive. Rooms are lovely and the service is excelent. We had a 3 course meal, with a lovely bottle of wine. I will definitely visit this lovely hotel again. A big thank you to all the staff at The Langham for the lovely weekend.
