Excellent location and great value for money. The room was warm and comfortable, with the heating already on when we arrived. Not sure if it can be adjusted manually, but overall, a solid and pleasant place to spend the evening.

This hotel vastly exceeded the expectations that I had of it beforehand. The staff on the reception desks were all very friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast each morning was great. I liked how you could have it anytime between 7.30-9.30 on weekdays and didn't have to book a slot. The evening meal options were also great. I was able to book onto the 3 course evening meal at the last minute on a couple of occasions. I had bar food on other nights.
My room had everything in it that I needed. For a single, it was very spacious compared to lots of places. It was good that there was free Wifi available in the rooms.
There were no problems that I experienced during my stay here. There were only very minor issues with the room such as the walls in the bedroom could do with touching up as there were cracks in places. Also some of the carpets could do with been replaced around the hotel as they are old and stained. Having a room above a bar meant it could get a bit noisy at night.

Great holiday! Nice hotel with modern updated rooms! Parking and disabled access a bit of a problem but didn't disrupt our time there. Would stay again!

I visited the Beauty Bar for a pre holiday spray tan. Having never had a spray tan before, I was a little nervous as it’s outside my comfort zone. I can hand on heart say that from the moment I walked in the door Emily C made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Customer service which is friendly and welcoming makes such a difference with beauty treatments and newbie customers. Emily did a fantastic job, explained everything thoroughly and made sure I left knowing exactly what to do with after care. I will definitely be going back for more! Thank you Emily C!
