Enjoyable 2 night break, enjoyed exploring Eastbourne in the sunshine.
Great location, over the road to the pier, close to many eateries & beach.
The building is full of character and very charming but sadly in much need of tlc & cleanliness & maintenance needs to be addressed.

A good family weekend
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the location was brilliant.
the bathroom was very small, everything is a bit dated but quaint. There is no disabled WC in the public areas which is really not acceptable these days. the public ladies WC was in the basement.

Love every thing about the Burlington, from the warm welcome lovely clean rooms easy going nature of the hotel , fantastic location, the best thing is the wonderful reception staff , bar staff and housekeeping they work so hard to keep everyone happy. Thank you Burlington Hotel

Great location. Really nice and friendly staff
What stood out most was how nice ad helpful the staff members were.
The basement ladies facilities weren’t very pleasant. The carpets everywhere seem rather old and worn out.
