Ok
It was right on the seafront which was lovely. We had a great sea view
It was tired and dated, the whole corridor smelled like cigarette smoke when we got out of the tiny lift, our room smelt like cigarette smoke.

great location
good communication prior to arrival, great location and parking was easy. Very welcoming staff, luggage kept in locked room until room was ready. room clean and tidy a bit dated but its what to be expected of an old building.
Breakfast was a bit substantial no mushrooms and not much vegetarian choice. coffee wasn't great either
