Value for Money stay
Perfect location on Eastbourne's promenade. This listed building has possibly seen some better days but everything worked and was comfortable. Dog friendly and for the money paid absolutely no complaints. Buffet breakfast available, entertainment three nights a week and ample lounge space with sea views. What's not to like?

A excellent mini break despite a bumpy start
The location is excellent. We were not happy with the room we were first given, as we had stayed many times before in a sea view superior room, we thought it was too small & dark. So we spoke with the manager. He was great & did he's best to please us with a choice of rooms. After viewing them we found the room we had stayed in before, we were very happy. There is no way you can find any fault with the breakfast for the price. It is very plentiful & a good choice. The staff are very good especially in the dinning room.

A bit disappointed and thinking of staying elsewhere next time we visit Eastbourne
Loved the sea view . Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was surprisingly small and not what I was expecting. We stayed here in a rear standard room twice last year and the rooms were much bigger. Thought if i chose a higher priced room it would be at least as big.
