Fantastic value overnight stay
I have a mobility scooter and they were really helpful in putting it in a locked room near to reception. We had the room upgraded to one at the front of the hotel with two windows looking over the sea and pier. The room was a good size with a quality TV and decent sized bathroom. It was a very comfortable bed and we slept really well, the room was a good comfortable temperature on a cold night. The other bonus was a really good breakfast. The choice was superb from fruit juices and cereals, a week cooked conventional full English of quality ingredients with toast, finished with yoghurt and fruit with coffee and tea.
All in all a very enjoyable overnight stay, enabling us to enjoy a function close by not sorry about getting home T night. To be honest, it would be impossible to fault a stay when the cost is as low as this was.
You have to realise when you book a stay At a cheaper hotel you might not have a spa option or a Michelin star restaurant but what you do get is great value for money
We will certainly stay there again.
All in all a very enjoyable overnight stay, enabling us to enjoy a function close by not sorry about getting home T night. To be honest, it would be impossible to fault a stay when the cost is as low as this was.

Could of been better if the room was what we had expected plus very cold
The breakfast was exceptional, the room what we booked was a supposed to be a superior room but it did not reach expectations which was very disappointing,The view was very good.
The room what we booked, plus the central heating was very poor in all areas.

You get what you pay for!
Location was great, easy to check in, asking for extra teabags was not a problem, staff very friendly.
The room was very warm even when the radiator was off - we had to keep the windows open to get some cool air in which made it slightly noisy. The bathroom could have been cleaner, a couple of stains on the wall, skirting boards dusty and a couple of stray hairs in the shower!

Great as a base of operations but you get what you pay for
The staff were friendly, the breakfast was great with a vast selection from Cereal, pastries and a full English cooked breakfast
I feel the property is very dated and could do with a major renovation. Although the bed was comfortable the pillows were very hard.
