You get what you pay for! Location was great, easy to check in, asking for extra teabags was not a problem, staff very friendly. The room was very warm even when the radiator was off - we had to keep the windows open to get some cool air in which made it slightly noisy. The bathroom could have been cleaner, a couple of stains on the wall, skirting boards dusty and a couple of stray hairs in the shower!

Great as a base of operations but you get what you pay for The staff were friendly, the breakfast was great with a vast selection from Cereal, pastries and a full English cooked breakfast I feel the property is very dated and could do with a major renovation. Although the bed was comfortable the pillows were very hard.

Good location and cheap but we stayed there in February. I wouldn’t pay any more for a stay here Hotel and room was good for the price and in a good location. On arrival the man on reception was rude and very blunt. The rest of the staff were really nice though. Buffet breakfast was luke warm and cold in places

We wouldn't choose to stay at the hotel another time. For a three star hotel, we felt it wasn't the standard we expected it to be. The room was dark and the carpet was grubby. The lift was small and the stairs were grubby too.

A good hotel, with nice friendly staff! The receptionist was friendly and efficient! Made us feel welcome! The room was a lovely size and good views, very clean and a comfortable bed! The coffee and tea was a nice addition! Not enough electric wall sockets!

As expected for price, premium room nice & comfy Room 307 premium double was very spacious & comfortable with great sea view.
Easy check in & instructions for breakfast times next day.
Had planned to have lunch at hotel but on arrival at 1pm told bar not open till 5pm & to try Terminus road.
On hotel website it advertised all day menu so was disappointed nothing available.
Lifts dirty inside.
Breakfast was OK but a lot of items running out at 8.45am & hot food not very hot.

Good value for money, comfy bed, great staff, tired hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful, good value parking £6 for 24 hours (though I suspect it may be more difficult getting a space during the summer). Comfy bed. Good size room The hotel is tired and due to this difficult to keep clean in places. It was a bed for the night at a reasonable price so in terms of what we paid, it was good value for money.

Super welcoming staff who really demonstrate care for their guests. Highly recommended Fab location and great price Belisha beacon outside room wouldn’t be good for epileptics or light sleepers.
