Lots off people moan about so many mundane things. We stayed here after the Christmas break and found it faultless
Everything. Warm, comfortable and lovely meals. Great value for money and staff so polite and very helpful. Definitely worth staying here

Lovely staff and a great location and view of the pier.
Sophie and Jess were very helpful on reception.
The evening entertainment was great.
The breakfast was really good too. Real sausages and tasty black pudding. I did message that I wanted to upgrade to half board as per the instructions on this site. On checking in I was told the meal timings. When I later enquired I was told the manager had just informed reception that the restaurant was full and no more bookings. My booking hadn’t been added to the list which was disappointing.

Location and staff
Someone entered our room whilst we were out and went through our bags and clothes. Staff were very helpful, but as nothing was stolen, we did not call the police.

Perfect
Amazing price for a lovely hotel. Rare to find a hotel in the location with its own parking also so made the stay easy. Have continued to now stay here on each visit after trying many in this location, plus an amazing price

Unexpectedly nice 2 day visit to Eastbourne. Old hotel but excellent value for what we paid.
Position to beach and town. Built in late 1800’s refurbishment taking place. Huge dining room,ballroom and bar. Sea view rooms enormous. Pleasantly surprised with our visit. Nice full English and very nice evening dining.
Staircases could have done with a Hoover.
