Brilliant location and great hotel. It's near the sea, bus stop and short walk from town.
Lovely comfortable hotel with great staff and brilliant buffet breakfast.
Nothing all good.

Did the job. Great location Room needed some serious redecorating. Had damp and huge cracks in the walls.

Good value stay at lovely vintage old seaside hotel Right across from the pier. Large room and bathroom with high ceilings. Convenient parking lot across street at £6/day. Plentiful hot breakfast buffet in lovely sunny dining room across the street from the sea. We got a great last minute deal. My daughter got a bad burn on her hand from the ultra hot counter of breakfast buffet which had no cautionary signage to warn diners of potential injury.

Beautiful but slightly faced elegant hotel The location was superb. Given a sea view upgrade and woke to be most beautiful sunrise. Room was comfortable as was the bed and linens. An enjoyable stay. Cannot think of anything.

Short break Burlington Hotel. The room was large and clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good and plentiful. The staff were all friendly and helpful .The position of the hotel near the pier and town is very good . There is no denying the hotel could do with a facelift , but for the price we paid I consider it very good value and we would stay there again .

Loved Eastbourne, loved the location and the food. In house entertainment was a nice feature, the singers had lovely relateable songs that we knew and were friendly even though there was only a small audience. The Breakfast was wonderful! The housekeeping was not up to scratch. We asked for extra pillows. There were never any sweeteners provided, only sugar, even though we asked for extra. The bins were not emptied. and the room was not vacuumed ever. We came back Thursday night after a long day out and found the room wasn't serviced at all. The receptionist came up with extra towels but we made our own beds!

Nice short uk town to visit! The seaview room was spacious and clean! A bit dated but still very nice hotel! Reception staff and breakfast staff very friendly! Location is amazing right opposite the pier and very short walk to town centre! We parked just few streets away for free and walked to hotel! Very nice weekend stay!

A well located hotel for the pier, beach & bonfire parade with a lovely comfy bed. The room & bathroom were very clean & the staff were all really nice -friendly & helpful.
The room was basic with a view of a wall and car park which for the very small amount I paid was much as I was expecting. Above & beyond the very small price I paid was a really comfortable bed, a kettle with a selection of teas & coffees plus a really good hairdryer.
Like a lot of the hotels a long the front, the building was from a bygone era which whilst lovely needs a lot of work doing on it.
