Instead of putting money in the pocket of a national business i decided to spend it with a local business and i couldn't be happier! The delivery guys arrived when they said they would and i think they may have broken a Guiness World Record in bringing in the new tumble dryer, setting it up and removing my old one for free in less than 5 minutes! Definitely recommended!

I needed to replace my electric hob, a black glass one, which had stopped working. The staff showed me a choice of two of a similar flush design. One was an induction hob requiring magnetic cookware (which I didn't think I had); and the other was a regular hot ring type like my old one. The latter was cheaper (only £65) but looked similar to my old one, if a little less stylish, so I bought it. DB domestics delivered and fitted it within 3 days. It works just like the old one. I found the sales staff very informative and helpful. I was attended to as soon as I got to the service desk. I'd shop there again. If I'd tried to buy one in Curry's I would probably have had to hang around waiting for a member of staff to be available, like I did when I bought a microwave there recently.

What a wonderful, local, family run business. The staff were amazing with a wealth of knowledge and experience. They not only fitted delivery and installation around us, they also took our old machine away which was such a help. From start to finish they made it so simple. We have already purchased a second item from them and will continue to use in the future. Highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing appliances. 10/10

We felt well looked after, the person who came to fix our washing machine was polite and explained everything to us. The only problem is it's not fixed, it still runs on cold water, the call out and parts fitted came to a total of £95 (to be expected in this day and age) but I'm disappointed it could not be fixed. I will now purchase a new machine sometime in the future. I will use DB domestics again because of the service and care given to us.

Excellent customer service in store.providedvall the information we required and directed us towards the appliances that met our needs (Washing Machine, Dishwasher and Extractor fan). Appliances were installed with the minimum of fuss.
