Tim gave me a quote on replacing my tired old sliding patio doors with new French doors and kindly also helped free up my bathroom fanlight window which had become hard to open. The guys from Swain Bros did an excellent job installing my French doors, removed all the debris and left my everything clean and tidy. They also replaced 4 windows that had condensation inside. Again a perfect job was done. Another window needed adjustment which Zak kindly also did. Kaiya was very helpful in all the admin work. I can’t recommend them enough and would happily use them again.

We called into the store in Eastbourne to check on the look of an oven. We were met by a Oli who was friendly and helpful. Advising us of the virtues of different products. We had been researching on line what we thought we wanted. But actually seeing the product was really helpful. Plus Tom then offered negotiated an amazing price. The deal was sealed. Plus we have seen what the products do and what they look like not just pictures and don't have to have the ovens, hob dishwasher and fridge. freezer delivered until our new kitchen is

Took my daughter (age 6) and niece (age 7) both got bored with the tiny soft play area very quickly.
The girls play in the water was abruptly cut short when they came running out screaming because there was a rat swimming in the pool, a member of staff caught the rat and got bitten twice in the process! Meanwhile another rats welfare seemed more of a concern to the manager who kept guard of it after it had run across the picnic area.
The children that remained in the pool were then asked to get out so the chlorine could be checked, something that should have been checked before anyone was allowed to enter.
We bought a picnic with us as the website boasts about a great picnic area but the picnic benches were disgusting absolutely covered in bird poo, ants and left over ketchup and ice-cream that had dropped onto them.
The park was closed with no mention of this on the website or at the gate.
When I asked for a refund for the spoilt day I was told "it's an outside pool it's to be expected" I did eventually get the cost of the outside ticket refunded
