Location was good, room was clean and comfortable. Parts of the hotel where a little dated and run down but this is to be expected for a hotel of this age and for the price we paid was very good value.

I often stay at the Burlington hotel in Eastbourne. It is friendly and comfortable hotel it also has character.
Nothing . Everything is as it should be. No it is not like the premier in, which in my view seems impersonal. It is comfortable and clean and welcoming.

Perfect location, lovely old hotel, staff was helpful, kind.
Just a minor thing, there was no usb plug to charge our phones on the room, but we could charge them at reception desk. We had one of the oldest rooms on top, other rooms had it, as we were told. But the view was more than this.

Not sure I would stay there again.
Good location
Lot of noise from water dripping, someone staying in the room above who seemed to be moving furniture around to the early hours of the morning. Someone smoking in the hallway. Lift needed decorating, looked like it hadn't been done for a very long time. Whole hotel needed updating.

A lovely overnight stay and would definitely stay there again if I was in the area .
Location was great with a fantastic view of the pier and sea . First appearances can be a bit misleading but the room was excellent , contemporary , very large as was the bed . Breakfast was good value .
Only minor gripes like the floorboards in the corridor outside our room creaking badly and personally I prefer a softer mattress .
