So, this place is a little unassuming. A Greenking but without some of the bits. Ordered the lamb shank and to be fair, I was not expecting much from it! When it arrived, I didn't even take a picture. But what an explosion of flavours. There was something made with leeks that was stunning. Everything was amazing. A really good experience. Thank you. Your team did you proud.

I’m on a solo getaway from London and had the pleasure of dining at the Crown and Anchor both yesterday and today. The food has been absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. A huge thank you to the chef for such delicious meals!<br><br>I also want to give a special shoutout to Tara, who has been incredibly sweet and kind. Even though she seemed to be managing the pub on her own, she was welcoming, attentive, and brought such a lovely energy to the place.<br><br>Truly a wonderful experience—thank you so much!
