We are happy, it’s good value of money and the room is clean.
It is seafront, very convenient for watching the sunrise and have morning walk along the coast. It’s is very near the city center too. There are many restaurants and take ways.
The hotel is old, the lift is old but they are kept clean.

Jaded breakfast. TV screen far too small for the distance you had to watch it from. Bathroom window could not be closed

Brilliant hotel on the front with views of Eastbourne pier
Staff were really friend, car park at the back (dependent on availability) and was £6 per day. The room had a superb view of Eastbourne pier and was right on the front.
