The lady and the front desk was super nice and polite, every where was clean, views are amazing
The mattress on the bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable couldn’t sleep as felt like I was going to roll off the bed

The staff were very helpful and hard working. They were short staffed at breakfast but other staff covered and the staff were efficient and polite....even when being moaned at by other guests.
No teapots....just lukewarm tea and coffee from flasks. Only scrambled eggs...no choice of eggs. (These are small issues but you asked for feedback!)
