In need of updates.
Location, was good. Parking at an extra cost, when travelling by car was a necessary requirement. Breakfast was ok, had much better at another hotel in Eastbourne.
Had to change rooms as TV / radio did not work as aerial plug had been destroyed in wall making no connection. Upgraded to much better room at no cost. New room had a key that fitted another; accidentally discovered late one night. Was very hot in room. No catch on doors to prevent outside entry to room at night by unwelcome guests, was told had been removed due to fire safety concerns.
Areas of dining room not allowed sitting. Needs updating & refurbishment, as windows drafts & not fitting well, could also do with cleaning.

Cracking floors, dirty armchair/curtains/watermixer. Heating in bathroom not working.

Great location. Friendly staff. Dog friendly.
Car park to rear. Tea and coffee making facilities in room along with hairdryer and iron. Tv. Breakfast was good. Bar and reception are nice. Excellent value for money. Bit shabby. Deep clean needed in room. Noisy floorboards. Bed a little hard and only 1 pillow provided. Probably could have asked for another but didn't seem worth it for one night.

Comfortable beds Hair on the carpet and under the bath mat, no ironing board for the iron, it was either way too hot or cold in the room. The heating could be only switched off completely, no regulation.
However it was cold in the morning even with the heating on.

Smells nice and rooms were aired by the staff

Great stay at the Burlington!
Location, nice friendly staff, good Internet in the room and the hotel even provides entertainment three nights a week.
Hotel is looking gery tired and needs some money spent on it.

Very comfortable bed, OK room overall, lovely staff ,amazing value, good location, and nice low-priced bar
Hotel from outside looks so bad! Didn't want to check in! ( the room surprised me!) Very small old lifts! ,no plug socket next to bed.
