A very pleasant and enjoyable stay at a very nice hotel.
Lovely big room with wonderful view of the pier and sea and the hotel's location was extremely convenient for the town centre. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Room 200 noisy and in the advertise in booking saying seaside then they asked for 25£ more to upgrade also I paid 20£ coz breakfast not included all of this should be clear in your advertisement

Very pleasant - all was good.
Locations fine. Nothing to complain about.
As regular users of the hotel, some variation within the menu would be good. It's been the same for many years.
Would give easier access if their was a pedestrian path on the side where the other hotel burnt down, rather than walking in the road.
What's the council or whoever doing as it's now been several years?

A traditional seaside hotel. Breakfast very good.
Location
Bathroom needed a deep clean! Pillows were hard foam things that belong in the last century. If you want a good nights sleep bring your own pillow!
