Lots of hot water in shower although pressure very low. Bed was comfy and very large.
They could have provided hand towels and a bath mat. It was mentioned that shower gel is provided yet the two soap dispensers were totally empty. Only had 2 small bottles of gel. Water pressure in shower is very low.

Friendly staff clean
Had to turn our own heating on room was freezing and could do with an update. Walls very thin was listening to the weather on neighbours tv 😁

Good value and great staff
The staff are great and very accommodating and our room was very clean and had everything we needed.
The hotel could do with some TLC and it’s a shame WiFi is only in the downstairs communal areas and not the rooms.

Excellent value hotel.
Excellent value hotel almost directly opposite Eastbourne pier. Clean room and shower, friendly check in/out. Would book again.
