Rob was very helpful and efficient in setting up a new policy telephoning customer service could be improved to much waiting time to speak with someone long time waiting listening to awful music and being told my call would be answered in 2 minutes it was not it took nearly ten minutes and a lot of frustration

Location is great, opposite the pier! Parking in February is OK outside the hotel and they have private parking at £6 per day.
Room is small and a double bed, but at £45 for 2 b&b, we are not complaining! And there's a sea view!! There was plenty of hot water and the room is warm enough. TV a bit small but adequate. Reception was friendly & helpful. Didn't eat in or go to the bar but it looked OK.
Only stayed I night but at that price may be back!
