Of all of the 20 or so insurance companies I spoke to this team stood head and shoulders above the competition as being proactive, patient and professional. The call handler I spoken too today to renew my taxi insurance was great and she informed me on every thing I needed to know basically one answer insurance brokers in my opinion are second to none I've been with them for a few years now and I would highly recommend them to all driver's looking to take out insurance they seek out the cheapest quotes for you and there admin fees are low witch is a win win scenario for any driver as a lot of brokers try and change a lot more basically I highly recommend this company to everyone so easy to deal with and they a totally honest company and I congratulate them for having excellent customer services I could go on all day on the positives of this company but I'll need to stop somewhere

My advisor Jordon who was dealing with my enquiries went above and beyond to help me get the best deal he answered all my questions and I was totally satisfied with the speed and response by Jordan excellent customer service I did have a cheaper quote but Jordan was extremely helpful and I can honestly say If he wasn't dealing with my enquirie I would of cancelled my insurance today. Management material Jordan I suggest you put him forward for Management. 5 starts

I had 7 accidents in the last 5 years 2 not much fault. I felt embarrassed by it all. My last insurance Brooker quoted me £7000!! I could of never afforded it and would of not been able to use my car. I rang other Brookers and the way they spoke to me about it made me upset! However when I spoke to Joel he made me feel comfortable talking about the 7 actidents and found me an insurance company that excepted people like myself! I highly recommend the the company after talking to Joel. We even had a few laughs as well

Renewal on my policy was fast and the handler was excellent polite and helpful just one thing that let me down I was was on hold for an hour waiting for some one to answer the day before just an error on the policy says open till 7pm but they close at 6pm am I was on the phone from 6/7pm after explaining this to the handler they are adjusting it on there policy as they have noticed the error 10/10 for the service and well mannered on the caller
