We have stopped here many times and it remains excellent value for money. Sure, its an old hotel, that gives charactervand charm, the staff are really good, friendly snd hrlpful. The rooms are clean, presentable and good value. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want. Location is excellent, on the sea front, central and has its own parking, charged atba very reasonable rate. Highly recommended, value for money hotel. If you want a mid range accommodation, its ideal

Room okay for price but definitely surface cleaned only and basic maintenance very lacking. Lift was an experience in itself. Good location however

Very efficient and professional. Moved my flat contents from the midlands to Sussex at a very reasonable price. Would recommend and definitely use them again.

Wonderful stay
Lovely staff, a cosy room, and the beach just steps away. What more could you ask for? I had a wonderful stay!
Lift out of service but it happens , not their fault
