I must compliment Chatfields' staff on their outstanding customer service. Last week we visited the Eastbourne shop looking for a particular type of watch. The assistant dealing with us spent time checking exactly what was available from their suppliers before I reluctantly had to accept that I would have to shop elsewhere, as what I wanted could not be ordered from them. We left the shop happy that we had been given the best advice possible. Today I was rather embarrassed to return to the shop, with the item I had eventually purchased elsewhere, as it needed adjustment. Chatfields again surprised us with their immediate and friendly service, and readily agreed to make the adjustment, with a very small charge. Customer service is very often the last thing retailers consider, but at Chatfields it seems to be the first thing!

I attended Ditzy Media's Social Media marketing course today. It was very informative and covered a lot of material. Mina is a great trainer and manages to put the information in a way that even the biggest novice can understand without dumming it down too much. I have a lot of work to do getting my profiles up to date. I would thoroughly recommend anyone looking to use Social Media for their business to attend one of her session.
