I went in to get help for the ring I wanted for my partner. Siobhan was the lady helping me go through the choices. She was so patient and helpful giving me the best advice. When I got the ring it was perfect to what I wanted. We also had to take it back for resizing and when we saw her she was so excited and happy for us. I can’t recommend this to get the ring you want. She made the experience much easier for me. I wanted to thank Siobhan for everything. She was so happy when she saw my partners face after the resizing it made me feel happy.

I was so impressed and greatful for the service I received when buying an engagement ring. I had in mind the style of band/diamond and was able to design my own ring. Chatsfields ordered in 2 of my favourite bands and 3 diamonds, these arrived 2 days later and I then went in to inspect the different combinations to get the perfect ring. I thought this way would be hugely expensive but it worked out way better value for money and a one off ring that no other bride has on her finger felt very special. Thanks so much chatsfields, couldn't recommend any more.
