Pricey like all English heritage sites, but really nice. The audio tour was creative but too verbose and ultimately not worth the time. I'd prefer seeing more information panels like the nice ones on display.Visited on

Wonderful evening at the newly re-opened and refurbished Royal Hippodrome- worthy of a Royal visit very soon!!!
We took our 10 year old God-daughter for her 1st visit to the theatre...we all loved the show - The Wizard of Oz- such a fun evening and wonderful atmosphere!! We can't wait to visit again!

A wonderfully comfortable small cinema. No popcorn munching or chatting but people are able to bring in drinks from the cafe.
