Amazing jewellers. Friendly staff and excellent service, made our wedding day perfect with a custom designed wedding band to fit the engagement ring also purchased from them. They also provided our custom engraved wedding gifts for the wedding party with an awkward request of mandarin engraving on one of the items. Couldn't thank them enough for making our wedding preparations so easy and enjoyable. Would and have recommend them to anyone looking for an expert friendly jeweller that can provide a personal service to each and every person. Thank you chatfields you deserve to win.

I cannot recommend Chatfield Jewellers highly enough. I believe that Chatfields has created such a great impact within the town in such a short space of time, both physically and from a networking point of view, they have worked extremely hard to achieve this. I am always greeted with friendly smiling staff who have helped me decide and choose gifts that are perfect for the criteria given - they are very knowledgeable, helpful and confident and its always a pleasure to spend time in their shop.

Not your normal High Street jewellers. I used them last minute (of course) for a present for my wife. They are situated directly on the most central car parking in Eastbourne. I was left to browse before being tactfully asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for. I was impressed with the ranges on offer which were tasteful and elegant. The customer service was warm and professional and without any pushiness. I'll go back again.

Love the way these guys know their stuff and are keen to help. Their bespoke service is something you should see, they can design whatever you want right in front of you, amazing. The shop is bright and welcoming so I'm happy to browse. It's good to see high street shops like this tuning in today's shoppers where the internet is so easy, Chatfields is even easier.
