We visited on the Saturday March 10th it was full to capacity in fact heaving remember this is a local pub that does have a sports on too, Saturday is an end of a hard working week for many its great to see as a pub its doing well thats a positive these days. we returned again on the Sunday mother's day still busy more tables available than Saturday we stayed ordered roast lamb shank and chicken roast..if you want a traditional roast? ..you will get one . Wow it was delicious!! perfect roast potatoes perfectly cooked food and tasty gravy. Great staff..well deserved thriving pub. ��

I was there Monday 19th March, at lunchtime. Really good home cooked food, reasonable prices too. Staff were all very friendly, would visit again if I was in Eastbourne.
