When I discovers this lovely studio I was delighted. I haven’t been able to take advantage of the many classes due to work commitments but thank you to the teachers I have enjoyed so far .. I arrived in Eastbourne 6 years ago knowing no one here. But Yoga Life Studio changed all that! I found this beautiful little studio and with that, a community filled with love along side a wonderful array of yoga teachers. I have made some amazing friends here. Yoga is about union, joining together, a real hub. So glad I found YLS. We are truly blessed to have this little gem of a studio.

Great studio!! Ideal location for me as it’s just round the corner from where I live. I attended a sound/ gong bath with my partner’s mum and we both found it relaxing and healing. I plan to book onto more classes in the new year. Prices are competitive.
