This theatre brings back that excitement you get from when you would visit the theatre as a child. The new decor throughout the building has really brought back the glamour the theatre deserves. A wide variety of shows are always on throughout the year suitable for all audiences. Booking tickets is made simple and prices are reasonable. I've never come away from a show at this theatre without a smile on my face, would highly recommend.

The Royal Hippodrome is not only a fantastic entertainment venue offering a huge variety of plays musicals, concerts and cabaret entertainment, but also a historic building that in recent years has been like a Phoenix rising from the ashes and has been restored tastefully. The Hippodrome offers a warm welcome from the moment you book a ticket arrive at the theatre served at the bar and shown to your seat. It puts customer service at the heart of its business. In 2019 I visited the theatre over 20 times and have left with many happy memories. Keep doing what you do well bringing live theatre to the community of Eastbourne.

The Hippodrome theatre really is a hidden gem of Eastbourne-with so much character and history you’ll be hard pressed to find another entertainment venue locally which can match its charm. The theatre itself has recently been lovingly renovated whilst keeping its traditional roots the theatre is now home to some of the best shows around, pulling in big named stars and productions to suit people of all ages whilst keeping ticket costs down- if you are looking for affordable first class entertainment in an exquisite setting then get yourself to the Hippodrome Theatre Eastbourne -you won’t be disappointed!

This is a truly special place, I’ve been lucky enough to do quite a few of the courses now and have enjoyed every single minute. Eva is amazing, her classes are beautiful and inspirational, I always leave feeling completely balanced and relaxed. I am so grateful to have found the yoga life studio, I can’t recommend it enough xx
